Born in 1982.
In 2004 he graduated from Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation where he specialized in securities and financial engineering.
In 2004 he joined Rostelecom, in 2007 was appointed Corporate Secretary, from 2011 holds a position of Director of Corporate Governance Department.
From 2012 to 2016 he served on the board of directors of OJSC United Registration Company, in 2017 was on the board of directors of PJSC «OPIN». Since 2016 he sits on the board of JSC New Registrar, since 2018 – on the board of PJSC Ingrad.
In 2010 he was a laureate of the Fifth national award “Director of the year” established by the Russian Independent Directors Association in the “Corporate Governance Director – Corporate Secretary” nomination.
